Second and third turbines have been delivered by Galson Energy Ltd., now a wholly owned subsidiary of Urras Energy Society.
The total project cost of the second phase was £2.7m (plus VAT) funded through Triodos Bank NV and Urras Energy Society.
The turbines were supplied by Enercon GmbH at a cost of around £2.0m (exc. VAT) and commissioned in mid-September 2015.
Enercon appointed sub-contractors NRS Group to construct the turbine foundations.
Site preparation works were undertaken by North West Aggregates of Borve as civil engineering contractor with Total Design of Back as engineering design consultants, together with Prelec Ltd. for electrical cabling.
